Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.

How to return

Email one2onetoronto2026@gmail.com with your order email and the item you are returning. We will reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If the fit is not right, we are happy to exchange for a different size, subject to availability.
